In order to provide better services, all items can enjoy the returns and exchange guarantees through our online shopping system. However, users should follow the rules as bellow:
1.1 You can choose either Goods Return or Refund, but goods return is only limited to the same model or equivalent.
1.2 To be eligible for goods return, customers must inform us in advance with information regarding to the item within 7 days of receipt. After confirmation from us, customer should bring this item and the invoice to our company within 7 days or we will not accept any reasons for goods return.
1.3 Goods Return will be accepted only in the following cases
a.) The merchandise is different from what the customer has ordered (wrong shipment)
b.) The merchandise is defective or damaged.
# Support of Photos and relevant verification can facilitate the process of goods return.
Customers may be asked to provide the relevant receipt as a proof.
1.4 We will not accept return or exchange in the following cases:
- Used Items which do not inform YPT for return request within 7 days after the receipt of the merchandise
- Customers do not satisfy with the color, the size, the model.
- Merchandise that has been soiled or damaged by the Customer
- Merchandise without the original packaging
- Special offered items
1.5 For any return request, customer is required to bring with you the goods and the invoice to our company and our staff will deal with it. You are requested to return all items including accessories which should be the same as delivery. If any item is missing your request of good return will be held.
Please inform us in advance for any goods return request. If the item(s) to be exchanged are out of stock or discontinued, the customer will be given a full refund for the merchandise.
We will arrange a new item to customer after checking of the returned goods. However, we will reserve the right for final judgment.
1.6 All the refund arrangements will be made through the original payment method. Foreign users or buyers should notice there may be differences in the total amount of refund due to exchange rate differences. We will not bear the loss for it during the refund process. Also, please note that PayDollar may take a month for the refund procedures.
1.7 In case of any dispute, YPT's determination shall be final.
